Most 200-hour trainings are organized like a textbook. The Radiant Heart 200 is organized like the sky. The training follows a single lunar arc, and each of its seven gates is a stage of the practice tied to a phase of the moon. You pass through all seven to graduate, on the November full moon.

Who teaches it
Amanda Oakley, E-RYT 500 and YACEP, with more than 25 years of teaching across Hatha, Vinyasa, Power, Kundalini, XFormer Pilates, Qigong and Tai Chi. She has led retreats since 2018 in Morocco, Panama, Portugal, Greece, Indonesia and Thailand, and mentors working teachers across NWA.

Is the Radiant Heart 200 registered with Yoga Alliance?
It is designed as a Yoga Alliance 200-hour training, and graduates receive a Yoga Alliance–eligible certificate. Amanda is an E-RYT 500 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.
Where is the training held?
In Northwest Arkansas. The four weekends are held locally, the 5-day Full Moon Immersion is a live-in at Beaver Lake near Eureka Springs, and Wednesday evening sessions are live online.
How much does it cost?
Tuition is $3,695, or $3,295 early bird when paid in full by May 1, 2027. It includes the 5-day Beaver Lake immersion with a shared room and all meals, and a printed manual.
Do I have to want to teach?
No. Many people take a 200-hour training to deepen their own practice. The Radiant Heart 200 gives you the tools to teach, and the space to simply grow if that's what you're after.
How many people are in the cohort?
The first cohort is limited to 20 trainees, so everyone gets real feedback and hands-on time with Amanda.
