Practice with the moon

Long before calendars, people marked time by the moon. Amanda builds her teaching around it: building, energizing practices as the moon waxes, slower and more restorative work as it wanes, and on the full moon, a ritual.

Full Moon Radiant Rituals

Held at Trailside Yoga in Fayetteville, the Radiant Rituals are part class, part ceremony. Expect pranayama, a moving practice, meditation and a simple ritual to name what you are ready to release and what you are calling in. You do not need to be spiritual to love it; you just need to show up.

The Full Wolf Moon Retreat

Once a year the ritual becomes a retreat. January's full moon is the Wolf Moon, and on January 21–24, 2027 Amanda leads three nights on Beaver Lake near Eureka Springs, with Ayurvedic meals, a natal chart reading, a massage, a sound bath and a full moon ritual by the water.

The moon in the teacher training

The Radiant Heart 200 is built on the same idea. It runs one lunar arc, from the August new moon to graduation on the November full moon, through seven gates named for the phases.
